i´m making a charger for acid, liquid, car  baterybut i would like sombody to know if is possible to instead of a triac 226 to use a triac 227.

Hi ,

Do you have a schematic for your charger?
I'm thinking that you can not replace TIC226 with TIC227 .
What type of triac you have ? TIC ? or something else ?

It's a mistake , because TIC227 doesn't exist .

If the holder do not close in time the charger, the battery will overcharge and her electrolytic faculty are lost with evaporation or likely exists destruction of her elements. The charger of circuit exceeds these faults.
