Why you need a smoke detector based on a microcontroller ?
Why you don't try something based on a specialized ic detector? like in this projects .
Why you need an LCD?

I want to create a smoke detector with, high sensitivity and can detect smoke or other particles such as dust or cigarette smoke that sometimes caused smoke alarms and steam sometimes be detected in the smoke detector.
I need the lcd to display Jens smoke is detected, I also want to ask what is the appropriate sensors for detecting a small amount of smoke particles, such as gas detectors that can detect the type of gas might like it.

For detecting smoke and gas you'll need two different type of sensors  which can be connected together in a system using a microcontroller.
An example about how to connect an gas sensor to a microcontroller you can see in the image bellow .

I mean like this,
and censor what is needed to determine the type of smoke particles, smoke from the evaporation and the smoke from burning

You can not use just one sensor , but you can connect more than three sensors to IN/OUT port of microcontroller (for two rooms you'll need six sensors).
